Liz bought a "Full-Size" family pool for the house and we asked Frankie and Oliver to "share" the responsibility of filling it up.
Oliver waited patiently...
And waited, "Boring, come on Frankie, this is about as much fun as pulling teeth..."
Until he could wait no more, "...my TURN!!!"
Uncle Matthew gave Oscar his first taste of the big screen this weekend.
Oliver and Antonio practiced a few maneuvers before dinner on the lawn...
Oliver was going for his switch ollies. You have to bend down "like dis?" Yep, then POP, snap the tail and "Jump!"
And holding his tail slides, dude!
He was dragging his or "Mine" board everywhere following Frankie and Antonio around. I caught him here just taking in the last moments of his skate-evening before retiring for dinner.
And as if by magic it was all ready...
Oscar & Mummy were ready too...
"Dinners ready dudes!"
"Come on take your places at the table..."
"Cheers Phil, thanks Donald, agua mineral!"
"Lovely...ready chaps?!"
A perfect end to a long but fun day hey Oliver? Chillin' in your stroller with leche and blanky.
We went out to Matthew & Zack's place out in the country to celebrate the 4th of July weekend. On Saturday to beat the heat we went to the outdoor pool in Nockamixon State Park . Oliver had a little "peanut free" nut snack before braving the cooling waters...
The pool is great, it has a small restaurant, clean bathrooms and a great area for kids...
The water seemed especially icy compared to the sheering temperatures on land, Oliver was wisely cautious and slowly worked his way in...
Jesus and Antonio kept a watchful eye over the little swimmer..."No photos please!"
After surveying the pool, Oliver waded deeper into the depths of the pool...
"Whoah! A giant mushroom waterfall"
"I don't know it looks pretty chilly..."
"Let me work up to it dude, you look like your freezing Ton's"
"Ahhh, it's not so bad once you get used to it...
"OK, let the press in, I'm ready for my close-up!"
"Gonna do it?"
"Looks a bit crowded..."
"I'll wait until it's a bit more clear, may be take some sun..."
"Dip your hands, it feels SO cool!!!"
"OK, it's now or never...
"I can DO-IT, I can DO-IT!"
Last week Oliver took a magical trip with his friends to a land of sunshine, water and rainbows...
They all squeezed into the time-machine, "Everyone in? Seat-belts on!"
One by one they washed away the old world, one step at a time...
And blasted into the NEW World...
"WwwhoAH, it tastes just like rainbows!!!"
"Don't be shy!"
"Come on in, the water is great!"
"Follow the rainbow..."
"And you'll find a towel of gold!"
"May I offer you some cooling agua?"
"Please remain very still as lightly drizzle it over your feet and toes..."
"Thank you Ellis, keep them coming, mas mas mas!"
